Today, the Speak Out Africa Initiative (SOAI) team paid an advocacy visit to the SERVICOM office in Abuja, marking a significant step towards improving service delivery across Nigeria.
SERVICOM is dedicated to ensuring quality service to the people, setting out the entitlements of citizens, and promoting good leadership. As a key institutional mechanism, SERVICOM fights against service failure by ensuring that government organs deliver the services to which citizens and residents are entitled.
Through our partnership, we aim to leverage the LOGINaija project to further these objectives, promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient service delivery at the local government level.
