Over these three transformative days, the workshop brought together educators, civil society organizations (CSOs), and key stakeholders to design modules that will shape the future of education and youth development in Nigeria.\n<br><\/font><\/p><\/span>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>processions from the workshop<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/p>\n<span style=\"background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><b><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font color=\"#000000\"><\/font><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font color=\"#000000\">Workshop Highlights\n<\/font><\/p><\/b><\/span>\n<span style=\"background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font color=\"#000000\"><b>\nLife Skills for Drug Abuse Prevention Module:<\/b> Focused on increasing awareness of drug abuse, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and equipping students with the knowledge and life skills to prevent substance abuse.\n<\/font><\/p><\/span>\n<span style=\"background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><font color=\"#000000\">\n<strong>Digital Skills Module: <\/strong>Aimed at providing students with technological skills to thrive in a competitive global economy.\n\n<br><br>\nThe workshop featured intensive brainstorming, technical discussions, and collaboration among participants to ensure that the modules reflect both global best practices and the unique needs of Nigerian students.\n<br><br>\n<strong>Objectives of the Modules<\/strong>\n<br><br><\/font><\/p><ul><font color=\"#000000\">\n<li>To raise awareness about drug abuse and its harmful effects among students.\n<br><\/li><li>\nTo empower students with the knowledge to make informed decisions and lead healthy lives.\n<\/li><li>\nTo equip students with digital skills necessary for academic and career success.\n<\/li><\/font><li><font color=\"#000000\">\nTo encourage the use of safe spaces and provide support for students struggling with substance abuse.\n\n<br><br><strong>\nNext Steps\n<\/strong><br><br>\nThe outputs from the workshop will now be harmonized by a technical committee into two comprehensive module documents:\n<br><br>\n1. <b>Life Skills for Drug Abuse Prevention Module\n<\/b><br>\n\n2. <b>Digital Skills Module\n\n\n<\/b><br><br>\nThese modules will be integrated into the secondary school curriculum, ensuring sustainable impact and long-term benefits for Nigerian students.\n<br><br><strong>\nCall to Action\n<\/strong><br><br>\nWe invite all stakeholders, educators, and civil society organizations to join us in amplifying the outcomes of this workshop.
