AIG Aishatu Abubakar, Force Gender Adviser, Endorses GET-SAFE GBV Project<\/h2>\n\n

The Speak Out Africa Initiative (SOAI)<\/strong> team paid an advocacy visit to the Nigeria Police Force (NPF)<\/strong> where AIG Aishatu Abubakar, the Force Gender Adviser<\/strong>, threw her full support behind the ongoing #GETSAFE GBV Project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The meeting focused on strengthening the partnership between the NPF and SOAI in advancing community-level gender-based violence prevention and response mechanisms, as well as promoting safety, justice, and dignity for women and girls across Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n

AIG Abubakar commended the GET-SAFE project\u2019s vision and assured the SOAI team of the Force\u2019s readiness to collaborate in fostering safer campuses and local communities free from GBV.<\/p>\n\n
